Company Policy as Related to COVID-19

To our Realtor Partners,
At Red Chair Designs, the safety of our customers, vendors, realtors and employees is always one of our highest priorities. As the numbers of COVID-19 cases continue to increase both nationally and in the Denver metro area, I wanted to share with you the measures Red Chair Designs is undertaking to ensure the protection of all those in our community.
As of December 1, 2020, we will no long be doing in-person staging and interior design consultations and will be doing virtual meetings only. While virtual meetings are a highly successful option we realize that many people prefer in person meetings. We hope this doesn’t last for more than a few weeks again and we’ll take it on a week-by-week basis. Once the local government deems it safe to have more personal interactions we will return to our regular meeting policies.
We appreciate the partnership we have with our realtors, vendors, and customers. If you wish to discuss any other options besides virtual meetings, please let me know. I’m always open for conversations around how we can best serve you and your sellers.
